Reactivaction has received its B2C from the Isle of Man, under guidance from the corporate and private wealth service provider, Affinity Group.
Through the Isle of Man licence, Reactivaction will have access to an extensive regulatory framework and a suite of financial solutions to support its business.
Reactivaction intends to use this opportunity to expand its current markets and target Central and South American audiences.
Leone Stranges, Director at Reactivaction, said: “Securing our B2C license in the Isle of Man is a significant achievement that underpins our ambition to make a global impact in the egaming industry.
“With Affinity’s invaluable support and the unique advantages of the Isle of Man, we can launch our services in LatAm and beyond.”
As the Isle of Man is a British Crown Dependency, its gambling legislation is separate to that of the rest of the UK.
However, the Isle of Man is also named on the whitelist of the Gambling Commission, meaning that it meets the requirements for openness, fairness and security.
Affinity Group is an organisation which specialises in supporting brands with regulatory guidance and licence applications in Malta and the Isle of Man.
Gary Harrison, Head of Group Business Development at Affinity Group, said: “We are thrilled to see Reactivaction secure their Isle of Man B2C license, a testament to their commitment to delivering top-tier eGaming services.
“At Affinity, we help businesses like Reactivaction navigate the eGaming world successfully, and this milestone is proof of our continued dedication to this goal.”
In a recent GI Huddle, CEO of Better Collective, Jesper Søgaard, joined the team to discuss just what makes the LatAm market so appealing.
